NEW for SECO 2012!!
Saturday, 26 November 2011Verification of Attendance Vouchers will no longer be distributed at the end of each course. Instead, attendees may retrieve verification of attendance at the new on-site kiosks which will be placed on each level of Hall A of the Georgia World Congress Center. Attendees may also retrieve verification of attendance from smartphones or home computer by logging in to the profile that was created upon registering for SECO.

What is the schedule for Continuing Education at SECO 2012?
Saturday, 26 November 2011The Optometrist Continuing Education Program will be held from Wednesday February 29th through Sunday March 4th, 2012. Courses will be held at the Georgia World Congress Center, Omni Hotel at CNN Center and the Atlanta Marriott Marquis hotel.
The Allied Ophthalmic Professional Program will be held from Thursday March 1st through Sunday March 4th, 2012. Courses will be held at the Georgia World Congress Center, Omni Hotel at CNN Center and the Atlanta Marriott Marquis hotel. -
Will SECO be providing bus service and to what locations?

ATLANTA MARRIOTT MARQUIS HOTELPick-up and drop-off for Shuttle Bus Route #1 will be at the front entrance of the Atlanta Marriott Marquis Hotel on Peachtree Center Avenue.
Route #1 will provide shuttle service between the Atlanta Marriott Marquis Hotel and Building A of the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC) on Wednesday, February 29th through Saturday, March 3rd and to the Georgia Aquarium for the Saturday Night Party.
NOTE: Shuttle bus schedules will be posted in the hotel lobby and inside the GWCC. Allow at least 15 minutes for travel time.

WESTIN PEACHTREE PLAZA HOTELPick-up and drop-off for Shuttle Bus Route #2 will be at the front entrance of the Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel on Spring Street.
Route #2 will provide shuttle service between the Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel, Building A of the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC) and the Atlanta Marriott Marquis Hotel on Wednesday, February 29th through Saturday, March 3rd ,to the Georgia Aquarium for the Saturday Night Party and only to the Atlanta Marriott Marquis Hotel on Sunday, March 4th.

This year’s AOP General Session, “Breaking Current Practice Barriers” on Friday, March 2 from 3:30-5:30 PM will be in the Sidney Marcus Auditorium and will feature Mile Brujic, OD; CMSgt. Lynn Lawrence, CPOT, ABOC and Ms. Valerie Manso, ABOC, FNAO. This FREE session for AOPs will address effective patient communications, clinical efficiencies, marketing and teamwork to provide quality care to all patients.
Immediately after the General Session, all AOP’s are invited to the Fourth Annual Allied Ophthalmic Networking Reception. The receptions will be at the Omni Hotel at CNN Center, International Ballroom ABC.

Saturday, 26 November 2011Yes! On Thursday, March 1st from 4p-6p there will be a Wine & Cheese Reception in the Exhibit Hall open to all registered attendees. On Friday, March 2nd from Noon until 2pm, we will offer a Complimentary Lunch for all Registered CE attendees. Attendees not registered in the CE program can purchase lunch tickets for $10 in the Registration Hall. On Saturday, March 3rd cash concessions will be available throughout the hall for attendees to purchase lunch.
